I arrived at Ford slough service centre on the Monday morning, I gave the receptionist my name and car registration, she said I can’t see any booking for you today, you are booked in on Thursday. I explained the phone call from the call service centre, the receptionist just kept repeating it’s booked in Thursday, no matter how many times I tried to explain she just kept repeating it’s booked in Thursday! Her attitude was condescending, she had very little interest in the problem.

Approx half an hour later the same lady rings me to say that both jobs are too big to do on the same day, So i then had to book the service on the Monday and recall was to be done the following Thursday so had to be done on two separate days!

My first service on my ford Ranger was due, I telephoned the SMC call centre to book my vehicle in, when I telephoned the call centre I was also advised that the Ranger had a recall on it, and could be done on the same day, which I booked in along with a courtesy car.
